Shipping policy

Every order matters. Here's how we get your gear to you.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


Standard Shipping

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after shipment. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary based on carrier capacity.


Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75. A flat shipping fee applies to orders under $75, calculated at checkout.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are given priority for same-day processing.


International Shipping

We ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate in the carrier's system.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days past the expected delivery date, contact us at support@forgewell.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address

Verify your shipping address at checkout. FORGEWELL is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
