Refund policy

We build products for people who demand performance. If ours doesn't deliver, you shouldn't be stuck with it.


Return Window

60 days from the date of delivery. We give you the time to actually test what you bought.


Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in original condition — unused, in original packaging, with all components included. Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible unless defective.


How to Initiate a Return

Email support@forgewell.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.


Refund Timeline

Returns are inspected and refunds processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Want a different product or size? Contact support@forgewell.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it happen.


Defective Items

If your product arrives defective or fails under normal use within the return window, email us within 7 days of discovering the issue. We'll cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund — your choice.


Non-Returnable Items

- Returns submitted after 60 days

- Consumable items (supplements, topicals) that have been opened

- Items showing damage from misuse or neglect

- Gift cards
